A parejas de cualquier sexo, raza, género o nacionalidad que desee y elija explorar su relación de pareja en el presente. Y sí, tal vez una crisis explícita o latente sea la puerta de entrada a esta experiencia.
Objetivos
Los asistentes al cierre del proceso estarán en capacidad de:
- Identificar las creencias que hay tácita o explícitamente en tus decisiones.
- Declarar tus prioridades dado el momento de vida en el que te encuentras.
- Diseñar las conversaciones que necesitas para establecer las reglas de juego que quieres y necesitas para compartir tu vida con otra persona.
- Integrar un vocabulario emocional que le permita relacionarse con mayor asertividad.
- Identificar síntomas y expresiones emocionales en Sí Mismo y en los Otros.
- Disponer de herramientas para auto-regular la respuesta ante las situaciones cotidianas.
Metodología
La metodología del taller se fundamenta en el enfoque experiencial del Coaching Ontológico y el Liderazgo Generativo, adaptado al aprendizaje de adultos. Se enfoca en la participación activa de los asistentes mediante actividades interactivas que fomentan tanto el aprendizaje individual como el colectivo. Se facilitará la creación de directrices para promover la comunicación asertiva, con el objetivo de mejorar la dinámica de pareja y el bienestar individual. Además, los participantes recibirán ejercicios y tareas autónomas para fortalecer su conocimiento y realizarán actividades diseñadas para fomentar una comprensión más profunda de sí mismos y su bienestar integral.
